At Lead 2 Serve, one of the most rewarding things I do is to work with a small team. It may be a very small company or a team within the company but generally 4-8 people. I LOVE helping a small team that isn't used to getting training grow and flourish once they experience how great training can be.
One of the most exhilerating things I get to do is work with a large group or entire company in one setting! This "group" training is so much fun and lends itself to wonderful breakout sessions and group interactions. It's amazing that amount of enthusiasm and the comraderie that can come out of these sessions.
BY FAR, one of my favorite things to do is a work retreat! Getting your team away from the company and in a place where they can focus on leadership and growth can be unbelievably effective! Some of my most memorable trainings have been at retreats, some even just a few miles away......but away nonetheless.
